I struggle with pretty high anxiety and I went to a few dealerships and I sat around a lot and did a lot of waiting. I drove some vehicles I didn’t like that were trying to be sold to me and then I went to Nissan of White Marsh. I was greeted with smiles. Will was great. All the managers were awesome. Buying a new vehicle shouldn’t be stressful at all. Hey, They hit it out the park made it super easy for me explained everything. Knew what I wanted. Didn’t try to force me in something else. Got a great price for my trade-in and I’m loving my new vehicle! Thanks

I’ve had some bad experiences with other nearby Nissan shops but Nissan of White Marsh was excellent. I went in for routine maintenance. Service manager was quick and responsive, the pricing was as expected, the waiting time was reasonable, and the waiting room was comfortable. Managers weren’t pushy on optional work and provided a written estimate and timeline for recommended service to chew on for later. Definitely a much better experience than recent nightmares. Highly recommend.

Great service! I had a 10:20a appointment for an oil and filter change. The service was pretty quick about an hour and some change. Walked to Royal Farms got some food and my service was complete. The staff was very friendly and professional and the restrooms were very clean. I was completely satisfied.

Just got my 2017 Nissan Leaf serviced by Kurt Roman today. After the tires were rotated, he aligned the car and it feels better than new. So professional, spectacular customer service, and extremely knowledgeable. Kurt and Brad frankly should be managing the servicing arm of this dealership. It is also evident that other team members look up to them and their leadership too. We will definitely be back thanks to the experience provided specifically by Kurt and Brad. They provided me with the data I requested for the alignment, and prioritized our safety by ensuring our car was in great shape.

Great car dealership experience, Will Hager was extremely helpful and made the buying process smooth. Very knowledgeable and friendly sales rep, he spent the extra time to make sure I got the car that I needed and I’m super grateful and happy with my purchase. I went to this dealership to look at vehicles and maybe just maybe purchase one. I had no clue as to what I really wanted. I only knew I didn't like dealerships because of salesman being so pushy. That is until Mr. Derrick O'Banner approached me and my daughter and asked if he could help us.
