★★★★★I’ve had some bad experiences with other nearby Nissan shops but Nissan of White Marsh was excellent. I went in for routine maintenance. Service manager was quick and responsive, the pricing was as expected, the waiting time was reasonable, and the waiting room was comfortable. Managers weren’t pushy on optional work and provided a written estimate and timeline for recommended service to chew on for later. Definitely a much better experience than recent nightmares. Highly recommend.
